Complete Slitting Systems

Our slitting systems produce tight, evenly wound coils from master coils. The slitting system starts with a heavy duty uncoiler which decoils the material into a straightener and slitter before moving onto a tension recoiler.

The slitting system is designed for use as a spin-down line to convert master coils into smaller coils. Our slitting system can be modified at a later date to be a Combination Multi-Blanking and Recoiling Line with the addition of a shear, stacker and bridge table.

Note:
When doing multiple slits it is recommended to use a looping pit with Ultrasonic Loop Control. IPI can assist you in determining what depth pit is required for variance in material thickness across the width of a coil.
