Multi-Pro 4

The MULTI-PRO 4 is an automatic blanking machine designed to produce finished blanks or sheets from coil stock. The coil stock can be slit to obtain the correct width (edge trim) or to provide multiple blanks.

 

The MULTI-PRO-4 system incorporates a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to insure much higher quality of blank tolerance and higher production rates. Optical encoders constantly monitor the material to provide very close tolerances on finished parts.
